ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ-এর আমীর মুফতী সৈয়দ মুহাম্মাদ রেজাউল করীম পীর সাহেব চরমোনাই বলেছেন, আগামী জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচন দলীয় সরকারের অধীনে হলে ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ নির্বাচনে যাবেনা। ২০১৪-১৮ সালে আমরা দেখেছি দলীয় সরকারের অধীনে কোনো নির্বাচন সুষ্ঠু ও অংশগ্রহণমূলক হয়নি। তাই এই নির্বাচনও দলীয় সরকারের অধীনে সুষ্ঠু হবেনা। তাই আমরা দলীয় সরকারের অধীনে নির্বাচনে যাওয়ার কোনো সম্ভাবনা নেই। একই সাথে পীর সাহেব চরমোনাই দেশবাসীর প্রতি আহবান জানিয়ে বলেন, দলীয় সরকারের অধীনে নির্বাচন হলে আপনারা ভোটকেন্দ্রে যাবেন না।
পীর সাহেব চরমোনাই তাঁর বক্তব্যে ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ নিয়ে তথ্যমন্ত্রীর বক্তব্যের প্রতিবাদ জানিয়ে বলেন, বর্তমান সরকারের তথ্যমন্ত্রী হাসান মাহমুদ ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশের ফিলিস্তিনের পক্ষের ভূমিকাসমূহ জানেন না। অথচ আমরা ফিলিস্তিনের পক্ষে সব সময়ই সোচ্চার ছিলাম। তিনি আওয়ামীলীগের শাসনামলে বাংলাদেশের পাসপোর্ট থেকে “এক্সসেপ্ট ইসরায়েল” উঠিয়ে দেয়ার প্রতিবাদ করে বলেন, এই সরকার ইসরায়েলের সাথে সম্পর্ক স্থাপনের চেষ্টা করে যাচ্ছে তারাই অন্যদের ফিলিস্তিনের পক্ষে কথা বলা নিয়ে সমালোচনা করছে। যা খুবই হাস্যকর।
আজ ২৩ নভেম্বর’২৩ বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে ঐতিহাসিক চরমোনাই ময়দানে অনুষ্ঠিত বার্ষিক অগ্রহায়ণ মাহফিলের দ্বিতীয় দিনে ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ আয়োজিত জাতীয় ওলামা-মাশায়েখ সম্মেলনে সভাপতির বক্তব্যে উপরোক্ত কথা বলেন পীর সাহেব চরমোনাই।
উদ্বোধনী বক্তব্যে ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ-এর যুগ্ম মহাসচিব মাওলানা গাজী আতাউর রহমান বলেন, দেশে এখন নিরব দুর্ভিক্ষ চলছে। অর্থনৈতিক সংকট আজ বাংলাদেশের প্রতিটি ঘরে ঘরে। এই সংকট, অনিশ্চয়তা ও অস্থিরতা ও অশান্তি এজন্য দায়ী বর্তমান আওয়ামীলীগ সরকার। আ.লীগের সীমাহীন ক্ষমতালিপ্সার কারণে দেশে আজ চরম সংকট। এরা দেশকে ভালোবাসেনা তাই দেশের মানুষের বিরুদ্ধে অবস্থান নিয়ে জগদ্দল পাথরের মত টিকে থাকতে চায়। এই অবৈধ সরকার বাংলাদেশের অর্থনীতি এবং প্রত্যেকটি সাংাবিধানিক প্রতিষ্ঠান ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছে। তিনি বাংলাদেশের পররাষ্ট্রসবিবের দিল্লি সফরের সমালোচনা করে বলেন, দিল্লী কী বাংলাদেশের রাজধানী? সেখানে গিয়ে কেন অন্যান্য দেশের কুটনৈতিকদের সাথে বৈঠক করতে হবে? তিনি বলেন- দিল্লী ওবায়দুল কাদের সাহেবদের রাজধানী হতে পারে। ভারতবর্ষের কাছে হাসিনা সরকারকে পূণরায় ক্ষমতায় বসানোর অনুরোধ বিষয়ে পররাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর মিডিয়া ব্রিফিংয়ের সমালোচনা করে গাজী আতাউর রহমান আরো বলেন, এদের কথা-বার্তা ও আচরণে মনে হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ কোন স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম রাষ্ট্র নয়। বাংলাদেশের জনগন আর এক মূহুর্তও এই অবৈধ সরকারকে ক্ষমতায় দেখতে চায়না। সুতরাং- আমাদের মুহতারাম আমীরের ঘোষিত দাবির আলোকে দ্রুততম সময়ে অবৈধ সংসদ ভেঙে দিয়ে জাতীয় সরকারের অধীনে জাতীয় নির্বাচনের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। অন্যথায় দেশের চলমান সংকট আরো তীব্রতর হওয়ার আশঙ্কা করছি। একই সাথে তিনি সারাদেশ থেকে আগত ইসলামী আন্দোলনের নেতাকর্মীদের প্রতি নির্দেশনা দিতে গিয়ে বলেন, আমাদের এখন প্রথম কাজ হলো এই অবৈধ সরকারের পতন ঘটানোর আন্দোলনকে ত্বরান্বিত করা এবং একই সাথে ইসলামী আন্দোলন বাংলাদেশ যেহেতু নির্বাচনমুখী দল সেহেতু আমাদের নির্বাচনের প্রস্তুতিও রাখতে হবে। যদি নির্বাচনের পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি হয় তবে আমীরের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী নির্বাচনে ঝাপিয়ে পরে হাতপাখাকে বিজয়ী করতে হবে।

আজ বাদ ফজর মূল বয়ানের তৃতীয় বয়ান পেশ করেন আমীরুল মুজাহদীন আলহাজ্ব হযরত মাওলানা মুফতী সৈয়দ মুহাম্মাদ রেজাউল করীম পীর সাহেব চরমোনাই এবং আজ বাদ মাগরীব মূল বয়ানের তৃতীয় বয়ান পেশ করবেন নায়েবে আমীরুল মুজাহিদীন আলহাজ্ব হযরত মাওলানা মুফতী সৈয়দ মুহাম্মাদ ফয়জুল করীম শায়খে চরমোনাই।
আগামীকাল শুক্রবার সকাল ১০টায় মাহফিল স্টেজে সারাদেশ থেকে আসা ছাত্রদের নিয়ে ইসলামী ছাত্র আন্দোলনের ছাত্র সমাবেশ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। শুক্রবার চরমোনাই ময়দানে দেশের সর্ববৃহৎ জুমার জামাত অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এতে দক্ষিণাঞ্চল সহ দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে ধর্মপ্রাণ মুসল্লীগণ অংশগ্রহণ করবেন।
