গতবারের চ্যাম্পিয়ন দল জাফনা কিংসের হয়ে কয়েকটি ম্যাচ খেলার প্রস্তাব পেয়েছেন বাংলাদেশ দলের ব্যাটসম্যান। ইতোমধ্যেই এই লিগে খেলার জন্য বাংলাদেশ ক্রিকেট বোর্ডের (বিসিবি) কাছে অনাপত্তিপত্র (এনওসি) চেয়েছেন হৃদয়। এলপিএলে খেলার ব্যাপারে হৃদয় গণমাধ্যমকে বলেন, ‘তিন-চারটি ম্যাচ খেলার জন্য যেতে পারি। আমি বোর্ডকে সেভাবেই জানিয়েছি।’
এবারের এলপিএল আগামী ৩০ জুলাই শুরু হয়ে চলবে ২০ আগস্ট পর্যন্ত। এ সময় বাংলাদেশ দলের কোনো খেলা নেই। তবে জাতীয় দলের বিশেষ ক্যাম্প চলবে ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম ও সিলেটে।
