এবার সেরা করদাতা হিসেবে ট্যাক্স কার্ড পাচ্ছেন ১৪১ ব্যক্তি, প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সংস্থা। জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (এনবিআর) থেকে যাচাই-বাছাইয়ের পর তাদের সেরা করদাতা হিসেবে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হয়।
এবার অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রী ক্যাটাগরিতে সেরা করদাতা নির্বাচিত হয়েছেন মেহজাবীন চৌধুরী। তিনি ছাড়াও এই মর্যাদা লাভ করেছেন মাহফুজ আহমেদ ও পীযুষ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। তাদের বিশেষ সম্মাননা ‘ট্যাক্স কার্ড’ দেওয়া হবে।
অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের অভ্যন্তরীণ সম্পদ বিভাগ অধিশাখা-২ (কর)-এর সিনিয়র সহকারী সচিব নুসরাত জাহান নিসু স্বাক্ষরিত প্রজ্ঞাপন সূত্রে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে। আজ মঙ্গলবার এনবিআরের একটি ঊর্ধ্বতন সূত্র এসব তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছে।
উল্লেখ্য, গত বছর অভিনেতা-অভিনেত্রী শাখায় সেরা করদাতা হয়েছিলেন সুবর্ণা মুস্তাফা, বিদ্যা সিনহা সাহা মিম ও বাবুল আহমেদ।
